STATANGLE started in 2026, when some sports fans and data nerds decided sports analysis was missing something: a dash of retro charm, positive fun and a heap of cutting-edge stats. So we built it ourselves. Every chart on this site is computed from a versioned corpus that goes back to 1997, and every claim ships with the frozen data and methodology attached. If a number surprises you, you can check our math. We insist.
